Style: Czech Pilsner

Notes: Brewed low and slow with German malt, German Saphir, and Czech Saaz hops.

Tasting: Thirst quenching bitterness with spicy and floral noble hop character and light tangerine on the finish.

Style: GF Fruited Sour

Notes: Made with cara cara orange and vanilla.

Tasting: Just like the ice cream bar. Bright orange and creamy vanilla. Another throwback to childhood favorites!

Style: GF Fruited Sour

Notes: Made with watermelon, lime, and sea salt.

Tasting: It’s a whole lotta watermelon!! A bit of rind comes through and can taste like cucumber. Summer in a glass.

Style: Helles Lager

Notes: This is the same recipe as the Gasworks Helles we had when we opened. No major changes, brewed with Grungeist hops.

Tasting: Malt forward light lager. Less bitter and hoppy than Pilsner but still has some light floral and fruity notes hiding behind the honey and biscuit from the malt.

Style: Hazy IPA

Notes: Brewed with Citra, El Dorado, Vista, and Citra Cryo

Tasting: One of our OG beers! Very fruit forward, juicy as they say. Tangerine, pear, and lightly tropical.

Style: Mexican Lager

Notes: Brewed with corn and Motueka hops.

Tasting: Light bodied, lowest bitterness of all the beers on tap. Motueka brings a nice lime zest character for a fun twist on a classic Mexican Lager (for obvious reasons.) Voted best Mexican Lager in WA for 2025! Vying for a repeat this year!!
