On Tap
Style: Helles Lager
Notes: This is the same recipe as the Gasworks Helles we had when we opened. No major changes, brewed with Grungeist hops.
Tasting: Malt forward light lager. Less bitter and hoppy than Pilsner but still has some light floral and fruity notes hiding behind the honey and biscuit from the malt.
Style: Mexican Lager
Notes: Brewed with corn and Motueka hops.
Tasting: Light bodied, lowest bitterness of all the beers on tap. Motueka brings a nice lime zest character for a fun twist on a classic Mexican Lager (for obvious reasons.) Voted best Mexican Lager in WA for 2025! Vying for a repeat this year!!
Style: West Coast Pils(ner) - Less hops than a typical West Coast IPA, more hops than a typical Pilsner. Also uses American hops compared to Czech/German hops in a normal Pilsner.
Notes: Adeena, Nelson, Simcoe, and Citra Cryo
Tasting: Light and easy drinking with just enough new school American hops to bring some flavor. Dank and citrus with a bit of pine.
Style: WC IPA
Notes: Riwaka, Citra, Chinook, El Dorado, and Citra Cryo
Tasting: Tropical, passion fruit with a light pine and very smooth bitterness. This beer has a very distinct Riwaka character sometimes referred to as diesel, pretty unique to Southern Hemisphere hops. I think of it as ultra tropical, a little overripe.
